Security Desk
Location: First Floor Lobby
Security guards are stationed at the front desk.
All Visitors and delivery persons must use the intercom system to contact a resident for building entry, and all must sign the Visitors Logbook prior to proceeding up to the unit destination.

Package Receiving
When packages are delivered the packages are logged in the Package Logbook and are stored in a locked storage area. Residents who receive packages will be notified by their mailbox that a package is awaiting their pick up. Residents must sign for all packages in the Package Logbook upon receipt.

Dry Cleaning
Location: First Floor vestibule
Hours: Monday-Friday from 7:00 am-7:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Closed on Sundays and holidays.
The dry cleaners business is a commercial unit within the Association and is privately owned.

Parking Garage
Location: Entrance is at street level and covers floors 1-4
Hours: 24 hours daily
Unit owners own deeded parking spaces. Owners may rent out their parking spaces to residents living at The 2700 North Hampden Court Condominium Association only. The unit owner determines the parking fee.

Bike Storage
Location: Basement - Storage Area
There are 63 bike hooks. The bike hook is not deeded with the sale of a unit. There is a waiting list for the use of bike hooks. The Management office assigns bike hooks and there is no charge. Residents must supply their own lock.

Storage Lockers
Location: Basement - Storage Area Each unit receives one storage locker. The larger storage lockers are not deeded with the sale of a unit. There is a waiting list for the use of larger storage lockers. The Management office assigns lockers and there is no charge. Residents must supply their own lock.

Hours: Access available 24 hours a day
Costs: $10 one-time fee for key access
Residents must complete a Release of Liability form in order to be granted access to the exercise room.

Location: 25th Floor - Rooftop Hours: Sunday-Thursday from 5:00 am-12:00 am and Friday-Saturday from 5:00 am-2:00 am
Costs: $75.00 deposit for rental for private function of 10 people or more, pending no damage.
Residents wishing to have a private function on the Sundeck must reserve the date for the function with the Management Office.
